What type of event it is i.e. 1 day etc.
Fringe City is the Fringe outdoor extravaganza; it’ will be the highlights of the Fringe performing for free all afternoon. Jubilee Square (in front of the new Brighton library) and New Road for an afternoon of free fun.




Fringe festival
With just a few days to go until the 2008 Fringe starts in earnest, make suer you're free this Saturday for the first day of the Fringe. And once again, we're going to be making sure it starts with a bang with Fringe City.

Fringe City is the Fringe outdoor extravaganza; it's your chance to see the highlights of the Fringe performing for free all afternoon. So make your way to Jubilee Street, Jubilee Square (in front of the new Brighton library) and New Road for an afternoon of free fun!



Not sure what to see in the Fringe this year? With over 600 events, it can be hard to make your mind up - and try as you might, it probably just isn't possible to see everything! But at Fringe City, you can see a lot, and if anything takes your fancy; you can go to see the full show during the Fringe. It takes place every Saturday in May, but be sure to come along to the first one this Saturday for the grand opening of the Fringe ... Festival fun in May starts here!
